Origami Cat Toy Workshop (ONLY 25 SEATS)

Cats are famous for playing with the box the toy came in or the bill for the toy is more interesting than the actual toy itself.

You are probably familiar with the scenarios mentioned below

1. We start a play session and within 2-3 minutes the cat looks bored or isn't chasing the toy. So we give up and our cat goes to sleep. 

2. Your cat meows at you for play, when you take out a toy there is some interest but when you keep taking out the same toy, your cat isn't as interested as they were the first time. 

But I promise you, there are many things that you are doing wrong because cats as a species view play to be a hunt. From a very young age, mother cats (queens) will teach their kittens to hunt by getting them to chase and play with her tail. The function of play is strongly linked to survival so that means even senior cats will play. So what's going wrong with your kitty at home?

What to expect from this workshop. 

• A few simple origami paper toy designs. These are specially chosen to cater to your cats at home. You will make 1 for your cat at home and 1 for a cat in the cat cafe studio.
• Tips and tricks to get your cats to play
• Q & A from a Clinical Animal Behaviourist (MSc) expert in Cat Behaviour 

Materials for the origami will be provided. You can bring treats that your cat eats to add to the toys (optional)
